We have stayed twice at Four Creeks. the folks who run it are wonderful people. we felt like we were at home. the rooms are quaint and clean. they also do a wonderful Full English Tea. it is as English as one can have in Girard, PA. i would highly recommend Four Creeks to any and all.

The innkeepers have the highest standards of the trade as they have had years of experience in the hotel and restr. industry. They balanced their service and care in a manner which was in obtrusive. The English breakfast was extraordinary. Perfect!

Jeannie and Shawn are wonderful hosts who make you feel like family. They now have traditional afternoon British Teas, and are available for lunch and dinner reservations. Shawn is a tremendous chef. This was our second stay there, and it is so convenient when we visit Erie.

We recently stayed with Shawn and Jeannie during a family reunion and were blown away with the service we received. Shawn and Jeannie not only met our expectations, but thought of all possible ways to make our stay the best it could possibly be. Shawn is a chef, not a cook, and the meals were amazing. Jeannie made special accommodations for every member of the family to make our stay exceptional. At the next reunion, we won't consider staying anywhere else!

Clean, cozy, comfortable room; gracious hostess and host; convenient, quiet location; a delicious "belly buster" of a breakfast with Bocelli in the background. What more could you ask???

Jeannie and Shawn have a gift of making every guest feel at home, comfortable and welcome. From fresh flowers in the room to bottled water at the bedside at night, guests feel at ease. The rooms are meticulously clean. We will enjoy many more visits.

A very English sort of place with a proper English tea consisting of wonderful sandwiches and sweets. Think of tiny clairs filled with whipped cream, or Battenberg cake made of blocks of layer cake with apricot preserves between wrapped in Marzipan. Hosts make a big English breakfast too - tomatoes, bangers, toasts, home made granola and yogurt and fresh fruits for a big morning meal. A lovely garden with a Koi pond and a swing where you can read till dusk makes a pleasant afternoon. A well appointed room with a good mattress and plenty of hot water create a pleasant sleep. Pleasant and thoughtful innkeepers. Good value.

The owners, Shawn and Jeanne, are an exceptional couple who have gone beyond the call of duty to provide a delighte experience. I have met few like them who are so generous and warm as they endeavor to serve their guests. I with no reservation recommed the Four Creeks for anyone staying in the greater Erie, PA region. The experience will surpass any preconceptions. As a seasoned road warrior (global in nature), this is one of the finest experiences I have had in years.

Our relationship with the Leh's and Four Creeks started back in June 2007. Since then, we have shared some very special moments at Four Creeks, including proposing to my wife. Our stays are more and more memorable every time we stay. Our stay for this Valentines Day was probably more anticipated than any other stay. We live in Pittsburgh and our city has been under a State of Emergency, and my wife recently fell and broke her arm. So we had been under tremendous stress and couldn't wait to get away. As usual, the moment you see Shawn and Jeannie, all of our problems fade away. I can't recommend any room over the other, because they are all unbelievably comfortable. Take the time to sip some hot tea and forget about all of your worries while watching the world go by outside. My wife and I enjoy fine dinning, and we have been to all of the so called "to do" locations from Erie to Pittsburgh and everywhere in between. Take the opportunity to let Shawn and Jeannie cook for you.......it will be an unforgettable experience. And better than any experience you will have out on the town. My wife took some time to rest Saturday morning and I did something that I had always wanted to do at the bed and breakfast......and that was simply to grab a book and sit downstairs in their living area and read. Breakfasts, as always, were out of this world. Bed and Breakfasts continually show up in Erie County. No matter what, don't be fooled. Four Creeks Bed and Breakfast sets the standard. Not just in Erie County, not just in Western PA, not just in the Commonwealth of PA, but the entire Eastern United States. Take it from us, we have stayed at some of the so called best, but nothing can beat Four Creeks, and every time reminds us of how we can't wait to come back. .
